The three course menu will be demonstrated as you sip Crystal Basin Cellars wine. After the demonstrations you will be served a sample plate of all the recipes for you to enjoy with the corresponding wines. The price is a great value at $35.00. In addition, Matricia always puts together a great package of wines for sale that day (nice gift for dad!) . For more information and reservations contact .
