Stefan Baumann, host of The Grand View on PBS come to El Dorado County for EDAC Event
Baumann will discuss "The Power to Create" which entails some of his views on art, and his experience behind the scenes of his television series.. He will showcase his oil painting techniques, followed by a question and answer session.
