The vast regions of Italy are a golden treasure of culinary creations. The focus of this class will be on dishes from the countrysides and cafes of Italy, deliciously different and eclectic either in method of preparation or ingredients used. Season-inspired appetizers, insalata and pasta, with a look at braised meats and café culture desserts will fill the menu so bring your appetites and garlic presses.
