Placerville Police Department presents Defense Tactics for Women and now for younger girls

This four hour introductory course was designed for women who wish to develop their skills in danger recognition and basic self defense tactics, both physically and mentally. Female students at least 12 years old. Must be accompanied by an adult if under 18 years old. Dress comfortably and wear tennis shoes.
