Historic Main Street merchants will provide goodies to trick-or-treaters (while supplies last) in a safe and convenient environment. Sponsored by Historic Main Street merchants. Other activities will include a costume contest and carnival and are sponsored by Placerville Parks & Recreation, Placerville Rotary Club and Placerville Lions Club.
