This day of celebrations will start with the return of the spectacular Balloon Parade at 12:00 am which will begin at the Placerville Library and travel down Ray Lawyer Drive to the Armory, followed with an Information and Fun Fair.At the National Kids Day Fair we'll be handing out National Kids Day stickers and providing entertainment and fun stuff like Jump Houses, games and information about local youth-serving organizations and opportunities. and more balloons.… Parade starts at Noon followed by a informational fair.
