The 2nd annual Pink Ribbon Classic Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, August 8, 2005, at the beautiful Cameron Park Country Club. Marshall Medical Center is the title sponsor for this event. It is a scramble format starting at $190 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, BBQ lunch, awards dinner, and silent and live auctions. Also, there will be a hole-in-one contest for a new Chevy car!
Proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Fund which provides scholarships to high school seniors in El Dorado County who have had cancer in their immediate family. Since 1999, they have awarded $16,500 in scholarships and look forward to awarding more based on the outcome of this event.
